My bosses are batshit crazy

I've never met two people who are so childish! The owners are fucking psycho! Here's how fucking psycho they are:

- my co-worker quit because they used her as their punching bag, she had a mental breakdown last week and yesterday they started spreading rumors about her to our director once she quit. They told the director that she's been emailing them all morning telling them how the director hates her job etc. then they say "we think you shouldn't talk to her anymore, since she's saying things about you behind your back"

- one of the owners set the shipping coordinator up to have her fired! They claimed that she's been shipping empty boxes to customers. A. She's been there for 2 years, I'm sure she knows how to do her job. B. The letter looked like the owners writing. C. Who handwrites angry letters anymore?! Most people call or email... D. The package was from a month ago... why would the customer barely call now?! He then told her she's not eligible for unemployment

- my old co-workers and I realized that a fake account requested all of us! We're 100% sure it's them. What a coincidence that this fake account follows the brand we work for, and follows everyone we used to work with. Then when we tried to f/r the account, they changed their name!

- I've only worked there for 4 months, and I've seen at least 18 people be let go or have quit. This is an office of 20 people...

- one owner makes fucked up comments about her child. "I would give my first born up for an order with (big company)". "My two year old is like a mental patient".

- most of us are pretty sure they're racist. They're both white. All the higher ups who do nothing are white. All the people who do the dirty work and work their asses off are either Mexican, or Asian. We get shit for nothing. All the white girls get babied. I straight up called one of the girls out on her bullshit, and the owner tried to place blame on the director who is Korean. One girl did the worst thing you can do; she sent our buyers contact info directly to the factory which potentially can cut us out from being the middle man. She just got a slap on the wrist. A black woman started the same job, and was fired a week after she started because she "wasn't a good fit". She was on top of her shit, so how was she not a good fit—

Anyway, I'm just venting. They're fucking psychos. Anyone ever work for people this crazy?! Fingers crossed I can get my old job back, and quit today. I can't deal with these nut jobs anymore.

Yeah the industry has a reputation for being like that, but all the companies I've worked for before weren't like this at all. This company is the stereotypical fashion company everyone hears about.

So I bounced.

No strikes for me lol

But I left and said my peace.

Last boss was Cancer boss total nightmare.

Now an awesome Sagittarius!!
