Your iCloud email was made with whoever helped setup your iPhone 8 or your first iPhone. You need the email and password for that one to transfer everything over in iPhones. Email@icloud.com is what you are looking for

Wrong! iCloud password is the Apple password and it doesn’t work like that. Thanks anyway

Are you sure? Go into your Apple ID and select “backup messages” from your old phone.
