Notifications glitch

Why are we having 2 Notifications if someone quoted you and just responded to your message?

An example:

starlover created a new message board post in Any mature Scorpio men here? 19 minutes ago

Delete

starlover quoted you in a message board post 19 minutes ago

Delete

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

So if you click on each it is the same thing.

What is this for?
