What Does a Scorpio Sun with Aquarius Moon Mean for His Personality

Yes. He seems quite angry and has very strong views on lots of things. He hasnt lasted longer than 6 months in a relationship and he is 34.
Oooh also has Venus in Sagittarius and alot of Libra in the chart.

Aqua moons have issues with fear of rejection, so they ride out the friendship part a relationship. A lot of other folks have mentioned things like the Aqua seeming to treat them no different in public than any other friends. Or that the Aqua doesn't seem particularly empathetic.
It kinda depends if this Scorpio/Aqua is a Solarian or a Lunarian to see which side is more dominant.

Well it's fixed water with fixed air. So you have to be less fixed and more cardinal or mutable but stable too.

We still show our emotions through our moon too. But it's more direct than indirect.

Yeah keep you friends til we know you can handle our emotions and it requires a lot of mental and physical activity. And still be stable.

that's *almost* the chart of the new Prime Minister of Austrailia Malcolm Turnbull.
he got libra moon though and married to an Aries sun.
edit - I was just watching a film on Netflix with that actor, Ethan Hawke (also Scorpio sun/Aqua moon with ALOT of libra) "Before Midnight"

In the beginning it should be mutual or find something to talk about since you know him already. Keep it friendly and casual.

What would a man like him be like?
He seems quite distant. Funny but not much depth. Never been attached longer than 6 months and he is in his 30s.
He doesnt seem like the two other intense deep, Scorpio men I have been with.
