Other astrology communities

Hope this isn't against the TOS or something...why would it be, we can join more than 1 site, right? 😛

Anyone here members/former members of other astrology communities? How do u think they compare to this one?

I tried Astrology Weekly when I first got interested in astro but they were legit experts (discussing midpoint aspects, composite charts and esoteric asteroids), and at the time I was just fascinated to discover that I had TWO different signs (found out my moon sign lol), so it was a bit too over my head back then.

I also found one called Ellen Boards or something, it was nice, but it seemed like it was mainly composed of older women (40s and up) and pretty tight knit. So I didn't sign up, just lurked.

Have u done any astro community hopping? 🙂

Linda Goodman's site is loaded with Astrology info.

Learned a lot about Venus/Pluto via posts from that site-- people post excerpts from material they have or have found, while researching.

I don't really post there, though-- it's just a good resource.

Tribe.net & the Linda Goodman one, both are good sources of astrological info. I don't post, just read up on placements & aspects. My loyalty to this site is troubling...I can't even allow myself to have an account in another astrology site. Plus, the people there aren't as mentally disturbed as on this site, I love the crazies so..

I learned everything I know from AW forums.

I haven't posted there for about a year, got bored.

Lindaland- these folks take their astrology seriously. Heavily moderated. I rarely rarely post there, but lurk or search the site for astro info. If you're a Leo moon beware, they're not particular fond of this placement. They stay banning Leo moon posters from that site for what they perceive as obnoxious behavior. LOL.

ands (sands) is at elsas now, where i post too. I like that place, it's cozy and mature. I like sasstrology for information and interesting articles. Although, not so much in depth as i'd like.
i've seen darkastrology and it looks interesting but never looked around, and don't like lindaland.
i love leo moons so i don't see why lindaland is so adamant about that stuff.

Oops I think ElsaElsa was the one I mistakenly referred to as Ellen Boards. Lovely place, people are actually civil over there.

but I just can't resist the nutjobs that is unique to this astro site 😛
