It is a picture of a shipping port and a picture of a shoe that is labeled as being wine colored.

For the second image...does it have to have "WINE" typed on it? Or it's sufficient if it's the same color as the beverage? Does it precisely have to have the word typed on the picture?

It is not necessary for the word to be typed on the picture. It should be possible to readily tell what the image is intended to convey. The wine coloured shoe just happened to be labeled.

Last clarification.
The picture can't actually be of the drink... it has to be of a non related thing that hints towards the drink. LIke with your "port" wine .. you posted an image instead of the wine.
