People in your life and dxp

Do people in your life know about dxpnet? Partners, friends, family?

My Aries bf constantly teases me "so you're on that aries site again?".

Had a Pisces friend over and I had one tab open on the Pisces forum..he started reading some posts and got paranoid that "they are unto me" 🙂). I think he's been lurking ever since.

Idk, I watch to hear dxp buzz words being used in real life.

Clueless, we come here ourselves and wonder what your doing on here as well. : )

My boyfriend knows. Occasionally he asks if I'm talking about him and then says 'If you are, that's okay. I like that you care enough to talk about me'. Typical leo. Other than that, my aqua ex knew. That's it. This place is too dysfunctional to proudly show to people so I like to keep it to myself for the most part.

Some of my friends do, they were the ones who talked me into joining

My sister knows. My bf just knows I post on "a forum".. I'm always vague mostly cud we do everything together and this is kinda my one thing!

They just lurk. They told me I need to get more social and join the 21st century.

I told my mom today...lol.

Here answer, "your still in to that kind of stuff?"

Me, "uh yeah, always helping you with this sort of stuff."

She shrugs, "your right about that."

So now she knows; but it doesn't surprise her much. She excepts my affinity to astrology and other stuff along the lines of it.

My dad would really flood the Virgo Forum if he spoke English 🙂)

He was so obsessed with astrology, he even tried to plan my mother's pregnancy in hope I'd be born on his birthday. Still a Virgo but mom couldn't handle the august heat and went to the hospital 2 weeks earlier. He still holds a minigrudge to this day

My family on both mom and dad side are in to the mystical( astrology, paranormal, and so on.). The woman in my family are very intuitive and preceptive. Yet they say I'm the one that's further engrossed in to it. Which could be true; my think is learning, and finding answers. Especially to keep balance.

I've noticed almost everyone in my family is either a Sag, Pisces or Virgo. Don't know why but it just happens we are the majority in my family, especially Sag.

I don't discuss DXP IRL, but I have conversations about astrology in person every so often. A couple friends of mine are moderately interested in the subject, so it works out.

I started converting people to astrology..maybe I should start my own cult or something.

In all honesty, it makes for light topics and it's pretty funny to gauge people's reactions.

^Virgo paranoia is hilarious to watch 😄. I don't blame you though

I don't think too many know but most don't really care. They know I'm an internet junkie and have my hands in lots of pots (horse forums, art forums, fb, etc) so no one really asks or looks or cares.

hell no. Dare me to try and say anything related to astrology that isn't horoscopes in the Sunday paper, and they look at me like I'm in a cult or a devil worshipper. People don't mind you reading them their generic horoscope but start mentioning moon signs or synastry and they'll start lookign at you cross-eyed and saying hail marys.

I'll talk to my mom about it a little bit but she'll do the mom thing where she pretends to listen because she's required to as a parent but she'll just nod and "oooh" every now and then. She's a Cancer...they do that sh*t. "Yes, please tell me about your day"....*proceeds not to listen about your day.*

I guess for a while when I first joined DXP I probably talked about it a lot and now they think I'm too invested. It was just new and exciting 😢

Maybe I am a little -_- since I can't go more than a few days without asking a new person their bday. I've managed to not ask my boss though.

Awwww! My ex is flat against it since he thinks its pretty much akin to devil worship. One of my friends used to humor me in it but she's also curious and interested. My family is pretty tolerant about it, with my sister being the one who has a similar level of interest in astrology as me. I've been lucky in that I have a lot of very open minded people in my life. Woohoo for the eccentrics!!

yes. my prego sag girlfriend knows alllllll about this site now. she never knew this site existed till she came in to live with me. in fact, we even laughed at some of yalls comments together. which is why i found myself starting to become more and more addicted to this place. to have fun and have someone by my side to laugh with.
