Scatter Brain

Does anyone else like completely lose it when they are stressed or have too much on their mind?

Today I squeezed toothpaste into my hands to wash them...the hand soap was sitting right to the left where it always is. :/

Just now I put one handful of pasta in and forgot to put the rest in...so (I always cook half a box so I can have leftovers for lunch the next day) now I am boiling the rest of it separately.

I forgot my bag in my car...went to get it...left with a coffee cup I left in there and forgot my bag.


WTF someone please tell me I am not the only one

Oh, I'm ashamed to admit this. And I'm a virgo too.

I once spent thirty minutes searching frantically for a mechanical pencil that I was already holding.

Food that I meant to microwave i instead inserted into the freezer nearby and waited.

I went into the kitchen with the intent to put more water in my cup. I absentmindedly washed it and set it to dry.

I drove all the way home from the doctor's...with the E brake up.

I locked my cars keys in the car once.

I do that with my phone all the time!

also, feel blessed you have only locked your keys in your car once...lol...that's a bi-monthly thing for me since I've been up here at school.

Yes, I know what you mean. Sometimes it's easy to get frazzled when there is a lot going on in your life- school, work, relationships, on top of whatever else.

I've searched frantically for my glasses when they were on my face. Or sometimes I gesture to push my glasses up on my nose when in fact I'm wearing my contact lenses. I've looked everywhere for my phone while I was talking on it too, smh. Sometimes it beez like that, bribri.

one time my Libra caught me doing it too...he kept asking me what I was looking for, and I kept shooing him cause I was trying to talk to my friend. Finally I was like "my phone!" and realized while I said it...hahaha he was like "wowwwwwwwww, I'm concerned"

Dont stress, Bri Bri. I once went to work wearing two different shoes. Also drove to work one Saturday that I had off, when I meant to drive to the supermarket!

Can you get an extra key made, and magnetically store it under your engine or gas tank for quick access in an emergency?

PS, I also believe that stress brought on by multi-tasking inhibits normal neurological functioning, and has been clinically linked to short term memory loss.
