Braille on ATM keyboards. I always picture some guy driving in a weaving fashion wearing dark sunglasses with a big white cane tapping to the left and right in front of his car. What's up with that?

Really? You can't be that stupid.

I'm just trying to put it together.

You mentioned Braille on a ATM keyboard. visually impaired people have bank accounts, they need to access their money. Wearing Dark sunglasses does not mean you're visually impaired. Not all visually impaired people are totally blind nor do they all use canes as their mobility aids.

If they're legally blind why would they be driving to an ATM?

The Braille is on the keyboards because the blind person is often in a taxi or other vehicle driven by someone else. The driver pulls up and the blind passenger makes a transaction. This is not me speculating, it is because I have knowledge of the industry and consumer research shows the former to be a use case that was accommodated.

If you read the OP, it is a stupid thoughts thread, and the post was done for entertainment. Take it in the spirit in which the thread was posted.

Earth signs and linear thinking. *smh*
