At least, that, for sure.
But, I do believe that they are the product of the next generation of degeneration.
Basically, that of their parents (guardians), their peers, their educators, their entertainment.
IF those areas are degenerate, it's logical to conclude that they have a much higher probability of
being worse than the generation that precedes them.
Charlotte Isyrbyt, a former Senior Policy Advisor in the Office of Educational Research and Improvement (OERI), U.S. Department of Education, during the first term of U.S. President Ronald Reagan, called it The Deliberate Dumbing Down of America which is the title of her book.
Long before learning of that book, I had already taken note of that concept when pondering the degeneration of the generations since after WWII - I thought that it seemed that each generation was dumber than the previous.
And so it is. And I wasn't alone in thinking that.
