Only if you skip the mayo, oil, and any of the fatty condiments. And you'll only lose weight if you excercise along with it. Or get a really stressful job. lol
frick mayo, mayo = ebil. and oil = ebil. DIE! god am i a health freak or what...
lol, i don't know...can't tell if you're being serious or sarcastic. either way, good for you if you're able to do it. i just can't sacrifice all the tasty stuff.
I am sure subway would be healthier than McDonalds for eg., but I find subway completely tasteless and their bread too dry.
yeah, I hate dry sandwiches! π’ It's all about the condiments with me. I mean, not weird condiments, but your basic condiments. I'm weird, because I have to have a little bit of mayonnaise on my sandwich, but I can't stand it when there's too much. Yet, if there isn't any, I can't stand that either. And if there's just a teensy bit, that just pisses me off. I have to have the right amount. lol. And I can't stand really thick, hard-to-chew bread. Seriously, I have a small mouth, even my dentists have told me so, and it just irritates me when I can't even fit one whole bite into my mouth. I have to like, practically sit on subway sandwiches in order to fit them into my mouth. lol. I'm just kidding, I don't actually sit on them. But it's really a chore for me, eating those huge enormous sandwiches.
The only sandwich I like from subway is their "seafood" (imitation, but still good) sandwich. And with that I'd like a Dr. Pepper, thank you. lol. π
dr pepper is good..havent had that in awhile. i'm really blank right now because i just started on this "healthy food" thing. And i'm really confused as to what i can do to balance everything out. I get really paranoid these days on what i should eat. I just want to lose like 3 or 2 pounds but god..confused.. right now ive been living off of chicken breasts, salad, brocolli, potatoes and water. and thats okae but the thing is, i want to eat other food but the paranoid attack comes back at me. I seriously dont know what im doing to myself..mentally...oh well...
ahaha...you're too funny Phoenix. Thanx for that very descriptive and humourous post, I needed a laugh! :-)
I don't think I've ever eaten at a Subway... I don't like subs unless they've got meatball parmiajan (spelling?) or eggplant parmiajan (sp?) on it... With extra tomato sauce.
yummy, morgan...
you're welcome, Lawgoddess. lol π
I think it is healthy to a certain degree. I am on a program called ediets and they let me eat that for lunch. A turkey and ham with a cookie. It works for me. I put everything on it too. I have lost 14 lbs. As long as you eat balanced meals, you are cool.
Luz, 4 measly pounds? Give me a break. I could lose that with my eyes closed with dedication. LOL
lol! well someones dedicated π for me, i just started this so HOW the frenchtickle do i balance meals out. First someone talks about eating carbo, vegi's, protein and then someone says carbo is fattening and so on... And when i go market shopping and buy the supplies, i have no idea what the frick to do with them LOL(NOT an expert in cooking..*cough*)
twinkee, tell me, what is your balanced meal?
