Tech Help Needed

I tried to update my proflile and insert a photo; it uploads the file but then when I click on my name to view it, it shows the same old stuff. What am I doin wrong?

I want to insert one into the text box How do I do it?

Try logging out and then logging back in again and see if it does the same thing.

I don't know if you can put a picture in the text box, you might post a question to dxp and ask him.

Oh, you mean you want to put a picture in *this* text box. I thought you meant you wanted to put one in the text box on your profile page...now I know what you mean. Here's what you need to do...you need to type (without spaces except between img and src:

< img src = "web address of where your picture is" > .

Its not at a web address, it is a picture of me that is in a file. I still cant upload the one for my profile. It loads it up and then I get that stupid screen that says this page cant be displayed! God, I am very frustrated. There is a REALLY scary movie on with Michael Douglas on HBO got to go finish it. I am here all by myself and I dont know if I want to finish watching it or not!

the picture needs to be on a web server.

I never tried it from the computer files... let's see:

the name of the file will be under properties of the picture, like "c:/my documents/my pictures/something.jpg" or something... I don't know if it matters whether or not the name ends with a ".jpg" or".gif"... for some reason I think it does, just rename it if it doesn't work

Er...you save the picture as JPG and then upload it..then you can put it in the text box as by getting the link from which it was uploaded it from so it will be basically from dxpnet and if you cant figure how to get the link, click on the pic in ur profile when uploaded?

I do not trust you to post an actual picture of yourself anyway...not at this point! You love to deceive! And you will do it again and again! (I have come to realize that you cannot help yourself!...I think you even begin to believe your delusions....)
