The user who posted this message has hidden it. But would like to share that she is eating a bowl of homemade super low sodium and low fat soup she made. Here is the recipe:
Ingredients: 2 diced boneless skinless chicken breasts half yellow onion julienned half cup chopped carrots half cup chopped celery 1.5 cups chopped red bell pepper 1 diced thai chili 6 roma tomatoes quartered 2 cans no sodium tomato sauce 4 minced garlic cloves 1/2 tsp turmeric 1/2 tsp cumin 1 tsp black pepper 1/2 tsp oregano 1 tsp basil 1/2 tsp paprika 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
chop it up. throw it all in a slow cooker for 2 hrs or until the red pepper and tomatoes are tender.
serve with Sriracha if you dont mind the extra pinch of sodium.
