The War on Drugs

I've been against it before I knew I was. I've had numerous family and friends fall in the so called war. I've read alot about how Portugal treated addicts vs. Incarceration and it seems to be working. It just seems like another Billion dollar industry. What do ya'll think? There is no wrong answer however be warned that anyone can and will question your opinions and thoughts. I'm counting on it myself. I need some mental stimulation.

So what's your stance? Rehabilitation? Jail? Elaborate. I'm not picking on you and I encourage personal experiences. Hell I don't want to see that. The question is how do we stop it.
