I pride myself on having a strong will, but I think it'd be very hard to get me to stay away from the internet.

As for me:
I am addicted to cigarettes (but I live in France so it's okay... it's also a vegatable), coffee (the real strong stuff... technically a vegatable too), staying up too late (so what), fatty food (fat making one fat is a myth), not following 'the rules' (the rules don't usually apply to me), oh and cunnilingus (there must be some nutritional value in that).

So you see ? Addictions are not necessarily bad... it just depends on how you look at it ! 🙂 Carry on !

However, the way I mean unhealthy is in that it is what you find to be a detriment to the quality of your life.

Addictions are funny things... I think it human nature to have addictions... as often one is replaced by another. I've known a couple of women having had a bulimic history... one replaced it by becoming a fitness fanatic... the other with a need to control everything else... but these are just my perspectives.

I think that most people have dabbled in drugs. I refused cocaine because I was afraid that I would like it. Anymore the drugs that people have become addicted to are legally prescribed... I have yet to see someone successfully get off of anti-depressants.

I can think of worse addictions than being addicted to love... this one tends to be cyclical... but yes... the withdrawals are every bit the same.

Masturbation, as for sex in general... I can't really consider it an addiction as it is animal to have this urge built in. An alcoholic needs a drink to feel normal... a smoker needs a cigarette for the same. But orgasm... we were virtually born with this one... that is, once we discovered what it was... all part of the program to entice procreation. Sooner or later... we all reach a point when we just want to feel normal, exhibiting the same withdrawal symptoms as any other kind of addict experiences... and alone it can take less than two minutes !

Oh God I have had so many... SO MANY. So many different drugs, uppers, downers, opiates. Now though, pretty much only the internet and ALWAYS my partners (7th house moon). Communication in general is an addiction too, and lip balm. I always need that moistness.

Women who watch porn and admit it openly are insanely hot! Probably because it's left to one's imagination regarding what they do while watching it.. 😉

Food. Not fast-food, but REAL food! It's an 'unhealthy addiction' because it's burning a whole in my wallet. I have this restaurant litterally just around the corner of where I live and their daily menus are orgasmic. Italian, Swedish, French, Turkish, etc.

Sex. It's come to the point where it's about quantity and not quality, I guess that's when it's time to seek help. I'm not a morning person but I usually need to get up and hit the shower 30 minutes BEFORE my morning actually starts, if I don't I'll be cranky all day at work. Is that what they call "compulsive sexual behavior" ? lol

Being cranky instead of addressing the issuse. Sorry but that feels so f*cking good when someone's wronged you! Addressing the issue is so anti-climactic it makes me physically sick!

Internet. Where else would I be spending all my alone-time? In the real world? With myself?

Omg. It's actually worse when I'm not getting ENOUGH. If I've gone for a very long time without it, and I'm not in a relationship, I'm cool. Not really cool, but I can handle life. But when I have a bf and I'm getting it on a regular basis, but not regular enough. It drives me crazy!

And my bf has a Gemini mars. I think my Leo mars is more sex crazed than his 😢

YOU're RIGHT ! It IS worse when you have a 'regular' and not getting enough ! I mean... what's the point of buying exercise equipment when you're not going to use it, right ? Sure, at first, you work out regularly... then after the initial resolution wears of... it just sits there in the corner collecting dust !

Horror movies and real murder cases/investigations...the gory details are yummy for some reason. I always pretend to wince at some gruesome scenes (when with people), but in reality im loving it. I especially enjoy murder cases where the killer goes as far as dicing his victim/s, beheadings (real gritty stuff) over shootings and other lame killings.

When one withdraws from life, avoids daily activities in lieu of masturbation, it is an unhealthy addiction. This is apparently a growing phenomenon. There are resources all over the web for getting over porn addiction, and films/documentaries on the subject. I find it rather fascinating.

That reminds me of one of my lady friends, she's an Pisces/Aqua cusp, does it all the time, anywhere... even on her work place which is very inappropriate because she works as an enrolled nurse! Funny though, she's still a virgin and she says she isn't excited at all, but that she just got in the habit because she can make herself come easily, so it's become like a form of a stress release.

Remember, it's not an addiction unless it gets in the way of you leading a normal everyday life!
