What Constitutes a "Death Sentence"?

Making this thread to help clarify things.

My understanding:

Walking through a pack of pit bulls who haven't been fed in a week while wearing a meat suit-death sentence.

Having a pimple on your chin-not a death sentence.

Please help users here with your understanding of "Death sentence".

waking up with acne and trolling on a webforum = not death sentence
