True. A day where distractions are minimal, or at least less than normal, and a person has to stop and reflect. If only for a few minutes. I do this every Sunday in church. Church is my little place for Sunday morning mediation. Reflecting and preparing for the week ahead. I leave feeling better than I came, but always a little lazy and almost lost in thought.
