Yeah some guys need to stop when they are obviously an annoyance.

1. "Guy didnt approach me so he must be passive as fuck."
2. "Guy approached to talk, how boring. At least I got a free drink."
3. "Guy approached me and came on strong. What a total Skeezeball."
Now if the girl is attracted to a guy in number 2 or 3 she wont be yappin her gums complaining. However a guy doesn't know if she finds him attractive until he tries somethin'.
So there is a logical explanation of both sexes.

We(my gf and I) went to a local Hotel, had a nice dinner in one of the restaurants and then went to the sports bar to watch the Football and have a glass of wine. Both dressed in jeans with no titties hanging out...this guy comes over and starts talking to my friend, says hello and within 5 mins is telling how long his tongue is and how great he is with licking clit!!! Obviously very drunk and thinking that speaking about what he can do will get him sex...what an idiot!!

I noticed that, where I go to dance I have a friend that is there most of the time and he has a male friend that goes with him. maybe they are doing it wrong. the other week i saw a guy walk up to a woman and asked her that since 50% of marriages end up in divorce, if she would like to be another statistic.
