Grow up? what kind of a question is that? I am never growing up...how does one define "growing up?"
Reminds me of that statement that our parents would say, "act your age!" I remember asking my parents...."how do I act 13, I have never done this before.?" I never did get an answer that I understood.
Oh well.....
Actually Morgan, that is a good question...gets me thinking though about things...and why do we THINK we have to wait till we "grow up" to do or be anything? Why not right now do what we want? What if "grow up" never comes?
Back into the forest I go for more answers.....
a superhero of course!
my cousin even made a caricature of me..."Gwen the Unbearable Stench" hahaha...kids...
I wanted to be a doctor, an archaeologist, or a Candy Stripper. Really, I wanted to be a Candy Striper (those ladies who work at the hospital in the pink and white striped outfits), but I called them Candy Strippers, in my childlike ignorance. My family still teases me about that...
I wanted to be Sonny Crockett.
Who is that?
Don Johnson's character on Miami Vice!lol
OH YEAH April baby! A Bond girl!!! I want to be a bond villainess... MI6 here I come!!!
I wanted to be a thug
i wanted to be "Samantha" on the Bewitched Show....or Marlo Thomas who played "That Girl" oh i just remembered i also wanted to be "Julie" that played on the Love Boat ...lol
I'm taking an archeology course to fill up a natural science requirement at BU... Testing the waters... hehehe...
My childhood dreams..... 🙂 really funny to look back. You know...it's changing from time to time.
I remember when watching baywatch, how i envied to have a beautiful life on the beach and overlook to the ocean everyday. LoL! Yes! i was thinking about being a lifeguard at that moment. Hehe!
Then... there's this David Coperfield. You know i was sorta thinking of how good if i can be one like him coz i can get whatever i want with the power of magics and I can fly to anywhere that i like to be without even having a boarding pass or passport. And that being his wife is fortunate. lol! How silly and how crazy this thinking could be. AHaha!
Then, there's time also i dream of being an inventor.
Then i was sorta thinking of one thing one day... don't ever marry to a man like Albert Estein or else your entire life would be grounded like him.He was a man too occupied with his own work. lol! How pity to be his wife. :X Oppss! That's really a bad thought. LOL!
There's more to my childhood dream.... lazy to drop down.
Somehow it's really fun to have that moment!
A Barrister...can you believe that?!
what's that.

What did you want to be when you grew up?
I had three things going... I wanted to be an artist, an archeologist, and a secret agent.
Hmmm... I still want to be those things... Hmmm...
