isolating those 2 placements only:
cap moon is closed off & not easily opened. libra moon will take offense to it &/or feel very lonely.
Capricorn are not closed off. Just take some time to opening up. We have to know if we can trust the person first before opening up.
Honestly in this case. I been the one who has gradually started to open up a little more compare the guy I’m currently dating who has a Libra moon.
I feel it can be good balance between the two moons signs

A little bit. My best friend is Libra moon. We get along well. She less emotional than I’m am. I’m more emotional and express how I feel at times.

I'm sure the fact that they're guys has a lot to do with it. Well, for example, they'll get done playing and I'll be like "How's C's dad" (he has a terminal illness) or "How did the court date go?" (custody), and he'll say, "I don't know. It didn't come up." What? How the fuck does that not come up? But then a few weeks later he'll update me on the situation when C volunteers it.

Is C for Cap moon? If so maybe the friend lack interest of seeing if Cap doing ok. Closed him off of wanting open up more about the situation. Idk

I had a Scorpio sun with Libra moon classmate in high school. She was pretty closed off from people and barely used to interact with people other than her selective group of 'friends' so I never knew her that well, but yeah, she was closed off, very sensitive and a complete Introvert.
Kind like the guy I’m dating now. He s cancer/Leo cusp sun moon Libra. He has a very nonchalant attitude, don’t like talking about feelings, he is introvert & extrovert, and can be distant at times.
Idk still figuring him out lol. Very talkative and great person to talk to tho.

I'm a cap moon but libra and cap are a fantastic mix. They understand each other and bring out best in each other.
