Pisces moons attract capicornmooners?

Is it me or is It me—

for men, it's generally the venus/moon and feminine planets, (i'd say even the neptune, pluto as well)

and for women it's the masculine planets, most particulary mars, and vedic says Jupiter as well.

i attracted a taurus w/cap moon once but it was definitely our mars/venus contacts that was the attraction. I think her moon was on my node though, so that helped.

So would the female venus in scorpio attract male mars in cancer or does it have to be aspected?
