Hotel Mumbai as 2019 Film of the Year

I saw Hotel Mumbai last night.

In a fair world, this film would win all of the awards.

Dev Patel should win an Academy Award for his role in the movie.

It prob won all the awards in India.

From start to finish, the movie is simply amazing.

It's a collaboration of talent from India, the UK, USA, and many other nations.

Truly epic film, for sure.

It's very realistic and shocking, but a true testament to humanity in dark times.

Dev Patel should win an Academy Award for his role in the movie.

He should've won for Slumdog Millionaire, but the Oscars being what it is,he will probably have to wait another 20 years or maybe never win at all.

I also want to say, it's good to see Anwar finally all grown up.

If you can handle your history and harrowing survival stories, then this film is perfect for you.

Yes, I rarely go to the movies anymore because there is so much useless garbage out there.

But this film tells the true story of many innocent people who banded together to survive the 2008 terrorist attacks in Mumbai.
