I've never heard of her before but she has a mix between Amy Winehouse and Tracy Chapman too me. Her voice doesn't fit her but her voice is amazing 💪🏿

just found her recently....yep...Amy Winehouse, Tracy Chapman, and Nina Simone (prob. her vibrato) are the singers most are comparing her to...I thought a video of her was fan-made with someone else lip-syncing bc she looks way too young to have a voice like that...still in shock....

Right.. she's definitely has an old soul.

I'm going to start listening to her..

How do you find new and up incoming artists like her? I'm the worst when it come to giving new artist a chance.. especially if their songs aren't being forced on me by mainstream radio stations.

I think her album comes out the 22nd....I'll come across new stuff on spotify from time to time....typically will just subscribe to whatever channels I like on youtube though (hundreds of them now), and scroll through my feed when I'm at the gym, click on whatever looks interesting and give it at least a 30 second chance....my ear gets bored pretty fast so constantly finding new music is essential to me....
