Hope you're not feeling divorce-y!This one's lyrics are amazing.
"It's harder to be friends than lovers, and you shouldn't try to mix the two. 'Cause if you do it, and you're still unhappy, then you know that the problem is you."
Impossible to find a good quality free version...
ABSOLUTEY NOT. We were divorced but remarried... just empathizing with others.
In grade school, another Aries had a crush on me from kindergarten until 5th grade. I hated him. He even gave me his mother's wedding ring because his parents were divorced.
One day, he came to tell me bye. He was moving. He kissed me on my cheek. I was angry and chased him... When I got home, this song came on and I started crying.
Chicago "Hard Habit to Break"

I met my first major crush at summer camp when I was 10 and this song was popular. It still strikes a pang in my heart. 😢

"Boys of Summer" Ironically...First time I had sex with a girl... 6th grade. Alot of songs played on the radio that night. I cried and told my mom. I was scared when she asked me to spend the night. I avoided it as much as I could.

Yes, she was! Exile in Guyville was amazing, but her albums got progressively worse after that. She's a good example of what happens when you base your act too much on your sexuality. I mean, her lyrics are very intelligent, but she really leaned on her looks and being scandalous.

She's still beautiful today tho.

She is! And she's still a great performer. But I don't think her act aged well, and she didn't mature as much as an artist as I hoped she would.

i agree with you all on that, there comes a time after menopause it isn't sexy anymore to be scandalous.
most poeple dont like it. lol oh well. i still like it.
i liked madonna's era when she was in her 40s, like these songs, when she was married to Guy Ritchie and had a baby,
but these days, i think she's heading into her 2nd saturn return.... and with boy toys in tow.
it's cool, though she does what she wants.
i admire that, not giving a shit about what the rest of the world thinks.

I have always been the one to end it. I divorced and remarried the same man. Still not good at "exit strategy." Wonder if there is such a thing. Twenty - four years together now.
I'll start out with my personal favorites. Although, I was always the one to end "it," "it" consumed me with horrific anxiety that only stopped when I cut ties. The more anxiety, the more likely I was to just disappear.
I would use music.. from my point of view and theirs. The music would fall into my lap at the right time. So, you will see every point of view.
