instrumental versions of normal songs

What's the best way to obtain them? Is it even possible?

I need to get my hands on some good music but need to not have the lyrics happening.

Should I approach the record labels for each artist?

I am not after bad covers! I need the real deal, just without the "slap yo biatch mo fo etc " ruining it🙂
