MYSPACE.COM ---- booty calls or Music Promotion?

I know when we first got on myspace,it was all about promoting our music.
that was about two years ago.

We set up a page, and basically forgot about it.

Up until recently of course.

Now i have a few pages. My personal page, My Label's Page,
and both of my artists have their pages.....

And i have made a few TRUE contacts in the music industry via myspace.

However, it seems like the main thing is people wanna hook up.

I've turned a few female friends of mine onto myspace and they've already
slept with a one or two guys they've met from it.

But it was never intended to be that.....at least i don't think.

But then.... i'm very single myself, so lately MY OWN use of myspace
has had a dual purpose.

Hey, i go to the movies by myself a whoooolllle lot.... so yeah, if meeting a nice girl on myspace is possible, i certainly have thrown my hat into the ring.

Her producer, Ryan Leslie put that song on myspace a year ago
and it was the main reason she secured a deal with Bad Boy !!

Promotional staffs for record labels have set up a myspace page for every artist on their roster.

MYSPACE is the ultimate way for your music to be heard.

We have gained fans in germany, belgium and france via this website.


But some are making it all about the booty.
Even porno pettlers spam your inbox on myspace.

And it was recently sold to Rupert Murdoch, so the republicans are probably gonna shut it down sooner or later anyway - LOL...wait, that's not funny.

My only reason really for doing the myspace thing is for the music...finding bands I like, etc...I love putting music videos on my myspace too, for my own enjoyment. lol.
