I always wake up around 4am.

Ive been waking up around 4am for the past week, what could this mean? If there is a meaning to it?

Yes I figured lol... My first thought was "its just because the times have changed", But I've seen people say numbers mean different things. Although I don't understand numerology and astrology

It means your circadian rhythm is a little off.

You aren't alone and I don't think it's related to Numerology. Time going back may have something to do with it.. I also have been waking up throughout the night for the passed few weeks when I normally don't, and this started even before time went back. Also one of my Facebook friends made a post yesterday about him and others that he knows waking up at 3 am every night lately.. I can't tie mine to a specific time.. but a lot of people have been experiencing this lately from what I can see.

the time changes and the moon swings affect my cortisol levels which begin to turn on early am while we are asleep to sort of start our engines so to speak - when mine get off, sometimes I get hot or cold at this time of the morning and I thought that was what was waking me - so I now take Gaia adrenals and Gaia Sleep Thru to help with this and it does - not sure that is why other people are waking early but yeah it's been a few weeks, it's just not every night tho - for me ...

Yeah, it's been happening to me for weeks, but I keep hearing others mention that they are experiencing it too, so I am not sweating it. But it does fkn suck waking up throughout the night when ya gotta work in the am -_-

it does - cause then when I do get back to sleep all of a sudden the alarm goes off and I'm sleepy and don't want to get up - exasperating!
