He would be considered a lesbian.
I have a couple of friends who fully transitioned (MtF) - they both identify as women and as lesbians.
They have no interest in men. If they did, they would be considered heterosexual, but not cisgender.
But how when he still loves the pussy? Oh, or is it because he has one now too?

it's based on self identify, then what you prefer. if no sex change then technically you're "a woman trapped in a man's body."
They would be gay if attracted to the same after- straight if attracted to the opposite after.
But it's not that weird or uncommon....
