Not the dumbest thing, but I kind of regret selling my old home and buying a new one. I miss my old place. I really liked the location.

Because it was dumb not to take the family discount how could you pass that up !!! And pay more. He probably didn’t think it be done right but they work on homes in Calabasas where Kardashian’s are from. Ofcourse for the price of 70k above. The plans would have been done free!!!

The concept of time is a facade but lets discuss this calendar year.
For me-
This year I worked HARD on my mental health. Changed my diet to 90/10 Vegan. Became comfortable being alone. Worked hard and got a 10k raise at work. Raised my credit score 100
