Generally my rule is that I don't give/lend money to people unless they're close enough to me that I don't care if they pay it back. They'll usually say they will but I don't expect it or say anything. I'm not talking a lot; maybe 2 or 3 hundred. I'm happy to help..and it always seems to come back to me in the way of good fortune. It happened to me last weekend in fact. The day after my scorp brother called me for some assistance, I got a 600 dollar bonus from a client that I didn't know I was getting. I also found 5 pages of stamps that day in the Post Office parking lot lol. If I can believe in astrology somewhat, I can also believe in the law of attraction that comes along with generosity.

Oh most definately agree with you here. I have lent out a LOT of money and never asked for it back from friends, paid for countless lunches, picked up numerous tabs etc.

This one she walked out from a garage sale with a brand new pair of boots without paying. LOL! She is Cap btw-and also Morrocan, self confessed "business woman" lol - not that this should make a difference but been totally fooled by them a couple of time. May need to put a ban. TRIFLIN!

lol jk, if I decide to give someone money I'm willing to part with it forever and just expect that I'll never get it back. If I do it's just a bonus
It was sort of taken from me lol! Thats why i'm pissed. We have mutual friends, i'm just hoping she does the right thing. The amount was little but the principle is eating me up-coming into my home, hoodwinking then snaffling something from under my nose doesn't go down well with me. Although I should have been smarter.

I don't lend money I can't afford to lose so I won't be sitting around with it at the top of my mind. My mother always told me never give what you don't have and never depend on what you don't have.

Once its out your hands you don't have it, don't look or it unless it's big money and you signed a contract.

Don't lend it again if you don't get it back or have to ask for it. Sometimes I won't ask sometimes I will but I don't beg for nothing I let you borrow I look at is as a small price to pay to cut off a leach.

I never lend more than I am willing to lose. I tend to pay for someone's drink or bus fare, never more than 10 bucks. I can't afford it, and my friends don't every ask it of me. If anything they have offered to pay for me or lend ME money but I haven't borrowed money from anyone in years. When I did, I promptly paid them back, and even if it was 5 bucks, they would often be surprised and said they forgot all about lending it to me.

Always pay back ASAP.
