Pisces are purportedly a good match for Caps. That's what I keep hearing/reading. (At least Female Pisces and Male Caps?)

In my personal experience, not true. But I'm probably not a typical Pisces, either. In fact, despite having a LOT of Earth in my chart and getting along fabulously with my polar opposite (Virgo) and Taurus... I just can't seem to mesh with Caps. Especially female Caps; can't think of ONE that I get along with better than barely civil with effort. Just way too different and grating. I CAN be (platonic, not romantic) friends with male Caps (including my ex-husband), but I generally end up giving the females a wide berth. We only have a couple resident male Pisces who might be able to tell you how they click with Cap girls (ian and thefish are the two that pop into mind readily - one's with a Pisces, and one's with a Virgo, though.)

You'd need to do a synastry report first, see how your OTHER planetary placements match up, because Astrology is so much more than people's Sun Signs.

My mother is a Cappy, and all I can is that I respect and love her but we are way too different. She is a perfectionist to the extreme, competitive (but unsportsman-like) stubborn, concrete...just very different than myself which has led to a lifetime of butting heads but I couldn't ask for a more loving, loyal ally🙂

I couldn't agree more, my mother was a capricorn too. After a lot of pot-smoking, though, in my younger years, I learned to deal with her and not butt heads, because she was just too stubborn. I always showed her the love, too, and I did things her way, the right way. A lot of that has paid off into my adulthood, because your upbringing makes you who you are.

I haven't dated a Capricorn but my bestest friend is one and we have been there for one another through the thick and thin since the 3rd grade! It's weird b/c we are so alike that it's uncanny! I love her to death! It's weird that we are so much alike...you would think she was a Pisces and maybe if I knew her chart it could give me more insight into that. I seem to get along real well with Capricorn females though.

hell. and definitely too good to be true. that's how they get you. capricorns need stability and a pisces cannot provide it and will run from both stability and a partner's needs in general...needs for stability and he'll disappear so quick you'll wonder if he's dead til 6 months later you get a text that makes it sound like you're the one avoiding him. then, if you're stupid, it'll all happen again.

You must be psychic because He Disappeared! Without a trace and I being a Capricorn with PRIDE dare not chase Him nor ANYONE! Oh well, his loss I knew it seemed too good to be true.

I am very happy! thank you!

Some insight:

I am not that stable but she show me directions. I was lost and now Im not anymore, since I found her. I had little confidence in my self, now I have plenty because of her. And so on, she is the woman of my dreams, my forever only true love.

I'll chime in even if Noire's Pisces has mysteriously swam to another pool... (most likely temporarily).

IMO, a Pisces and Cap relationship can be a very trying one that takes a lot of patience and perseverance. (whatever it may be) The Cap wants to say it and hear it, whereas the Pisces would rather show it and feel it - reality meets fantasy, and we all need a little of both in our lives, so yeah this can be a good union it's just a matter of finding the right balance! That being said, IMHO, for such a relationship to have staying power involves the Cap listening with his/her heart and the Pisces opening his/her mind so that they can both be more in tune with each others' wants, needs and desires. Of course, opening a Pisces mind does take a bit of work on the Caps part though... as if we don't love a good challenge (believe me, it's more challenging to let your guard down and try to listen with your damn heart!). But, as far as I can tell, it's worth it in the end.

The Capricorn has the biggest burden by being with a Pisces.

Capricorn gains nothing. Pisces gets a free life of zero responsibility.

Capricorn only resorts to drugs to cope with the drama and difficult nature of Pisces.

Truth. Ask any Capricorn who gets with a Pisces.

This sounds EXACTLY like my cousin's marriage. He's a Capricorn and his wife is a Pisces.

When they initially met, he had girlfriend of 4 years at the time. Het met this Pisces woman through his girlfriend. They were friends. My cousin and his girlfriend were having problems, and she was there to stroke his ego, pacify him, make him feel like a king, and doing everything that his girlfriend wasn't. They slept together several times, and then she became pregnant. The girlfriend found out and broke up with him, so he stayed with her and eventually married her.

She doesn't cook, clean, work, and refuses to drive anywhere. A total princess mentality, and a total 360 from what she was doing before. The facade stopped,

He is the primary and only breadwinner, cooks, cleans, irons the kids shirts, get them ready for school, why she stays in bed all day.

Biggest regret of his life!

I am surprised he hasn't beaten her to death yet. 'Cos when a Cap snaps.....he SNAPS.

Natal charts have to be factored, my ex and current girl are Pisces Sun, Virgo moon Gemini rising. Me being a Cap sun, Virgo moon and Taurus rising appeals to them - mean like getting along wonderfully like peas in a pod but my brother being a Pisces sun, Leo moon Aries rising, we get along to a certain extent but his emotionally charged short temper makes him a bit of a firecracker to deal with. My other ex whom cheated on me but wants me back is a Leo sun, Pisces moon and Libra rising. But like I said, not all signs are the same. The rising sign is the sign that leaves the biggest lasting impression of the overall personality, the moon sign is what they are like within and the sun being their root personality. Being a Taurus rising, I can be a bit of a procrastinator or possessive, but being a Cap sun I'm naturally ambitious and a Virgo moon, I worry and with the Taurus and Cap influence, it largely revolves around work and finances and making money.

He almost sounds like my friend, but his wife atleast puts in 30% .

I find that Cap males have high expectations. They have their views on what should be done and how one should do them, and if a person doesn't meet their standards they take over and show slight disappointment. Overtime, that can kill a woman's confidence and self esteem and even desire, which is why you find many of Cap men doing everything themselves. I think they play a big part in how/why women become this way.

My friends ex wife was a Pisces, and she didn't have to do much. All he told her was atleast go to school, which she did and it ended up benefiting her when they divorced. His current wife is an Aries, and she doesn't do much either. Again, he told her to just go to school, and she just graduated but I don't think she has a desire to work. She hasn't worked in probably 4-5yrs now.

My sisters Cap friend is married to a Pisces, and he didn't work for 4yrs. Just started working again a few months ago.

The Caps are the common denominator.
