A Pisces viewpoint upon a Libra

I've been going out with a Pisces guy for the past year, and we've both grown to love each other, to the point where we're talking about getting married and having children.

I was just wondering whether a Pisces guy would actually "walk the walk" instead of "talk the talk", and go through with what he plans out, or does he see most of it as a fantasy or dream? Also, I read that Pisces are the masters of lies, and can say or do anything to make their partner feel love, when truthfully they don't feel in love at all.

So, all I'm wanting to find out is that can Pisces guys put on a charade and hide their true feelings, or do all or most of the things they say are from the heart?

Btw....I can defintely tell you from now...BET MY LIFE on it, thats how brazen I'm going to be with you on this one....that I GAURENTEE it will not work out.1stly...a year is waaayyyyy too short, to determine whether you should get married and have years.If you want to be stubborn and not take my advice...suggest moving in together 1st for a few months and that will DEFINITELY be an eye opener, as to what your marriage will be like.
