Ok. Let's say somebody lost his relative. We are not talking about harshness ok. Let's see how it sounds.

It does not make any sense to me. But it is not harsh.

Then why do people find harshness inappropriate if it is required there. If I feel something in particular way, and if it's bad, then I can speak harsh. Why not? Why should I supress it? It does not make any sene. Harshness is part of communication.
