Any Pisces advise :(
Without even reading this stuff, there is a definite 'meeting deadline' for anyone who initially chats on the internet, as opposed to being introduced in person. It sounds like the clock has expired. Either ask him out or move on, but don't spend anymore time worrying about it.
I assure you he got bored. I'm sorry 😢 I don't have any advice as to how to rekindle the flame, your best bet was seeing him asap. So just don't talk to him anymore for a month and see what comes out of it. If he texts and that's 75% of chance straight up set a date. Tell him you want to see him, you can come up with any kind of excuse if he's knowingly avoiding meeting irl.
And probably you are not very good conversationalist either, you know just like in sex, there has to be intellectual compatibility to start with. Imagine one speaks, ,another just nodding, not saying anything or very little, after some time it gets too much

keep pushing! keep initiating! the pisces is prolly overwhelmed by your beauty and attraction...hell i was scurred when the aries girl i like was feeling me.. we tend to act a bit scurry when first getting to know ya in the realm of love. If he's interested he would love you being needy but I'm afraid he's not and it will only annoy him even more. If I'm ignoring someone that means I don't enjoy having them in my life anymore. So please somehow you need to figure out where he goes usually so you can meet him "accidentally" somewhere, can be at the bar or at the store. At least he will be forced to talk to you and you can pick up on his behavior/mimics and a body language, the best way to figure out everything. Who knows he might like you in real life even more. Jesus girl, do some google research, you have no clue how much it can offer
When I meet someone I like and develop a crush on that person, I usually try to restrain myself. I know myself too well when it comes to relationships, when I feel the butterflies I'm very tempted to just initiate chat with that person and I become needy and clingy. That's why even if I'm so in love with the person, I try to restrain myself from messaging them too much, no matter how much it itches me.
Of course I'd prefer to not need to play these mind-games but in my experience, it was necessary to adapt and get used to playing mind-games a bit with people because everyone else does it to me. I guess it's a defense mechanism..
But anyway, that might be what he's trying to do, trying to act hard to get and disinterested, but inside I think he may actually be very interested. 🙂 Hope this helps

Try not to think about him much. Find hobbies and things that will distract you. Take a rubber band, put it around your wrist, and whenever you find yourself thinking about him, snap it as punishment and distract yourself.
It's not easy, I know. But you have to move on. Try changing your life style , like I said, starting new hobbies. This is the perfect time to really work on yourself and improving yourself as a person, really put effort into it.
