Confused by Pisces man

I am in love with a Pisces man. I mean I have really got it bad. I am a Capricorn, and have been on my own as a single parent for years. I have casually known this Pisces for a few years, but over the Sumner something changed between us. We started talking more and getting to know each other. I would text him and still do often. He will never text me back unless I ask him a specific question. He flirts with me all the time. He gives me that look. When I see him he acts glad to talk to me usually, but he often flakes in plans and makes little or no effort to see me on his own. We had sex one time, and it was good. U definitely want more. I think about it all the time. He does bit respond to my flirty texts, but in person he always acknowledges them and does a lot if subtle little things for me. We are friebds, good friends, but I am hoping for more. We do not talk emotions by an ubspijen agreement, and as much ad I want to take the lead I live in fear of rejection from him. He is by far the mist confusing man I know. The vibe and chemistry from him is so strong, all of our friends comment on it. At the sane time though he seems so wishy washy. I an crazy about him and I do not think he was in it for just the sex. This man us pretty picky and has not been with any einen other than myself since his break up 2 years ago. So confused by him
