I was also gonna add, us Fishies are often quite oblivious when it comes to other people "liking" us. We're so busy being stuck on who WE like that we completely miss the signals someone else sends us. Sometimes it's quite a surprise to see who fancies us. Realizing I was gay during high school made it quite a pain in the ass for me.

But I've never met a man too shy to ask a girl out. But like someone else has stated with Pisces men sometimes they don't know a girl is interested until later on. But flirting with them always reels them in.
So just flirt for awhile, no asking out. And find a similar interests you both have that he can always assist you on.
