why not just tell him to come by to have fun and get the books at your bday party? if you can't even tell him it's your bday how can u be friends? if there is no mutual affinity/attraction, forget about how-to. what's the pointyeah you're right i dont know why i didnt feel like telling him its my birthday :/ by the way i didn't throw a party otherwise i might have thought of inviting him.

When is his birthday?
My Pisces is 3 days before mines we are both Pisces-Aries cusps. I'm Aries. We met a couple weeks before our birthdays, celebrated our birthdays together and have been inseparable sense. I love everything about him.

from my experience, I think pisces like to chase for some odd reason i think they like torture when it comes to having a partner but then again their opp (virgo) is a healer so what do pisces and virgo have in common?! they try to change(heal bad guy go good) that person for the better but from experiences ive seen both pisces and virgo choose lovers I feel they knew was no good for them but they wanted to flip it around pisces like a little challenge I mean don't we all?

That won't attract them either. They love communication and openness. Down to earth, spontaneous and sociable. You don't have to share everything but being direct and open builds trust and lessens insecurity. You want to develop a friendship not a competition.

I never said lay it all out. I said be real and genuine. Not fake. There is a difference. You can still have boundaries but be a genuine person.

No one is perfect. Not any sign but being friends or dating one you will see they like to give freely (especially their time) and they care on a different level than most. If you feel wronged in anyway you can voice your opinion without them getting offended. But as stated before you have to be direct in your dealings.

Actually I had the same exact conversation with my Virgo boy about his mom. She's Capricorn sun & moon (Aries rising, Venus Scorp).
Isn't Venus more about the person's approach to relationships/love? You might be a tad oblivious when it comes to people who are into you because you're too preoccupied with who YOU are into. As far as emotions go (moon), you're the same moon as my Virgo boy. I had to work at it but I cracked him in the end lol.
Persistence pays off.
