Neptune without the Pisces

How would you explain this? I got Moon in the 12th trine Neptune in the 4th...opposed to Sun in the 10th. A planet in every other water/earth sign except Pisces.

What happens when Pisces is outta the mix? Some say you can't understand Neptune without Pisces...Is this true?

I got a Cancer Sun Mars Mercury that all goes back to the 12th house Moon. Virgo Moon and Asc. Scorpio Saturn Pluto South Node Pof. Taurus Venus North Node. Capricorn Neptune.
