Pisces and Libra

I'm a Pisces girl and I have a HUGE crush on this Libra guy. We always stare at each other and when we stare it's like full on eye contact and we both know we're doing it. When we look at each other I feel so connected. It's as if no one is in the room but us even if there's 20 other people in there. However I'm shy to say something and he hasn't said much either we just stare. My friend is friends with him and she's into astrology and told me all of his planet information. I just want to know if we would be compatible and if this has something to do with the energy I feel every time we look at each other.
