Why are you wanting a woman who is obligated to another person?
Instead of wanting to know how to seal a deal with her, meaning .... how to get her ... perhaps you should looking at "what" this is, rather then "that" this is.
"That" this is = a girl you fancy and have only thought about this on the surface to acknowledge that you want her.
"What" this is = a girl who will attract men to her while having boyfriend to whom she is suppose to be bound.

why do pisces women attract virgo men and they are opposite? im a virgo male who knows a pisces female. she innitiated that she was interested but she has a boyfriend. she goes back and forth with me threw text messages, calls me sometimes and hangs up just to talk. i know she wants me but how do i seal the deal. and i think because she was born on a cusp or whatever with aquarius is one of the theories of the mood swings.
