Trying to figure out Pisces co-worker

I want to attempt to make "outside" work friends with him, but I'm not sure if he would be open to it, or if its allowed because he is a manager. He says he is an introvert, but he talks my ear off(I don't mind) and also tells me personal things(but never mentions any female he may have, be seeing, or be interested in). I remember one time he told me that girls who work at the store usually have a crush on him, I LMAO and told him he as an ego, then he said "I dont, I'm just telling the truth and would want to make someone feel awkward about having a crush on me". When its just me and him in the store, he acts super goofy and we joke around a lot. I also noticed that most of my shifts are scheduled with him. I'm an artist and will be doing a tattoo apprenticeship soon, and his friend/fellow coworker told me that he said he would let me tattoo him.

Does it seem like he would be open to being actual friend outside of work?

Sags don´t mind all type of knowledge, traveling the unknown with the mind, Pisces wants to talk unknown or is unknown.

Situation in store means he is timid, witch is different of introverted. he can´t say that stuff to anybody, you a Sag can cope with this, and kind of like it.

Most dudes won't volunteer their relationship status in passing conversation like women do. Just because he hasn't mentioned her doesn't mean she doesn't exist.

You say you want friendship but friends don't gaf about who your dating/if your dating unless they really want to be more than friends.

lol but what if it did go ok for a time and then went wrong and then she has to work with him or get another job - awkward -

Update:

Yesterday he sung to me and was dancing, and came closer to me(a little shorter than arm length) and was dancing. we vibe super well(I checked his charts, we both have moon in virgo) and I remember him telling me one of his first girlfriends was also a Sag and she was great. Am I over analyzing, or is it possible he likes me?
