That said, although I briefly wondered about the title myself, I decided the premise of the adjective to be as a general instead of individually underrated artist.... judging by OP’s posts.

As far as Bolton goes, he most certainly has his audience! A soulful singer for sure, which is something g I've noticed among large number of Pisces performers regardless of their ethnicity.
Funny you should mention the 90's as I just remarked on the same few days ago. I'm willing to include the 80's into it as well.

I'm so thankful that there were no mobiles and internet to this extent back in the day. What I appreciate about the 90ies is the sheer diversity in all music genres. I don't miss the eyebrow overplucking lol 🤣🤣

Richard Marx you say?! Hmm, I must confess it does not ring a bell right now but I’ll do a quick YouTube search in a bit...perhaps that’ll jolt my memory.
As far as going back in time, I always said I was born in a wrong era! ;p That said, I can appreciate the ease of access to the information today’s technology allows though. Much of renovating/building around the house I’ve done, was in part thanx to the internet.
Although, important to notice, not all information is auspicious/educational. Much of it unfortunately these days is misleading at best and toxic at worst requiring higher degree of scrutiny to be exercised.
