What have you eaten today?

This thought just popped into my head as I was trying to find something to eat....

Scoured through the fridge - nothing. The freezer - ah, a bag of 6 pouches of roast beef. Uh....I don't eat meat, hmmmm - there is nothing else to eat. Read directions - easy. Cook it up, eat the meat and honestly, it was pretty good. Poured the left over juice on the catfood for my cat - he loved it. Still hungry.....pantry time - found some crackers - refridg....leftover crab dip (don't know if it is any good) taste.....not bad, I eat it. Thirsty, I want some coffee. Ah....no cream! I cannot drink my coffee black. Go back to the pantry, find Carnation milk in a can (normally used to make pumkin pie) I'll try that. Pull out coffee maker and creme brulee flavored coffee. No filters! geeze.....oh, find a package of coffee including filter from a spa that I stayed at - now we're cooking! just love how everything simply falls into place....

Coffee finished. Add cream. taste...very blah. Go back to pantry and pull Kahula off the shelf, add to coffee. Taste - perfect!

What about you? anyone have to "scour" today?

just breakfast...going out to dinner soon.

I ate my norm .. 2 bagels with cream cheese.

Personally, I would have eaten the cat before the red meat.

The crab dip and crackers sound yummy.

what is weird is that I do not normally eat that much or that type of food....not sure what is going on in the Free's world.

Forgot to mention that earlier I had uh....hmmmm...cannot remember exactly how many of those milk choc Dove eggs - ya know, those "little ones?"

Im going to dinner and will order a BIG Bison burger.

SP, I HAD one of those machines you speak of.....they are triangular shaped and you can even put pie filling in them. We made mini pizzas with them....then, it wore off. The machine was left alone in a closet all by himself. Never to be seen again. 😢
