Anyone know what the hell kanamaru is talking about?
It seems the Kucinich bill is regarding the prohibition of weapons in space. Which is a good idea.

Then I knew, Rep Kucinich introduced H.R. 2420 'To preserve the cooperative, peaceful uses of space for the benefit of all humankind by prohibiting the basing of weapons in space and the use of weapons to destroy or damage objects in space that are in orbit, and for other purposes.' on May 18, 2005 and he got 35 cosponsors.
Rep Dennis Kucinich, Ohio, and cosponsors may still try to write mind-control weapons into his bill for his justice and humanism.
