when you step onto school grounds, you, and everyone else loses some of their rights-but its in order to keep yourself safe. ok.

except they claim it is a contract. a social contract.

so if this is a contract, then why does NO ONE (students) know about it? why did no one have to sign something?

heres how the social contract should work- if enough people are in favor of the social contract( to give up some rights in order to stay safe), then sure, the school should enable it. however, if a school (or any other place) takes a poll and and it is NOT in favor of the contract, then the school should be like anywhere else in the real world.

but it is NOT like that. so in reality it is one group of people (supreme court) saying "this is how things are, and you can TRY to change it, if you want."

thank you for your time.
