Chances of getting my Leo back

I was with a Leo for about 4 years .. Our relationships was a wild one . It was passionate . We both cared deeply for each and love hard but we also argue and bump heads as well . We would argue over dumb things and than get back with each other within the next day or so . The longest we went without seeing each other was a week . But this time it could be different .. A couple months back my leo boyfriend caught me texting my ex. And when he asked me about it I had lied to him to his face x I know that was wrong but I didn't want to hurt him and on top of it all I had already stop the texting to my ex . It was nothing but just texting, my boyfriend was really hurt by that as he should be but he didn't break up with me . He asked me what I wanted to do and I said work on us if he's willing . So a couple months go by and things seem great and just a couple days go we got into an argument and he said he doesn't want to be with me anymore that him finding me texting my ex was the straw that broke the camels back and it ate him alive day by day and he just can't do it anymore .. He say he still loves me and cares about me but he just can't . So what should I do? I love him and I know I made a mistake but we have some much time put in and we know our feelings were genuine , have I lost him for forever ?

So you think my chances with him are ruin ?

A big final call like that is usually a pretty seriously locked in decision..

He MAY string you along until he finds a replacement tho,

fall for any unclear, sweet words of nuthin' at your own peril.

I know trust is hard to rebuild but it could work if the 2 is willing to give a chance of rebuilding . It's just with him being a Leo it harder.. We been thru a lot and I just hope it means something ... I'm so upset ..
