Clashing Venus and Mars. Is there any hope?

I've come to the realization that the man I want may not exist. I'm thinking it is because my signs in Venus and Mars clash. My Venus in Aquarius wants someone thoughtful and intellectually stimulating, while my Mars in Taurus makes me want a caveman.

I've also read that having Venus in Aquarius can make someone aloof, avoiding commitment. That paired with my cold Capricorn sun might explain why I find it so hard to find anyone to attach to?

Anyone else with clashing Mars and Venus? Any luck in love? ADVICE— Am I overthinking this?

yes, overthinkment. you might end up doing yourself a disservice by over-complicating your own expectations and needs, spacegoat. each time i have done that it has led me in an awry direction.
