Being an Aries impulsiveness and emotion are the strongest motivational factors for everyday life. When everything is fine with my s/o - life is beautiful and I feel empowered to do anything. When we fight however, I don't feel like doing anything but crawl into bed and be by myself all day. This can lead me to sabotaging my own life sometimes, which leads me to feeling unhappy and consequently mad and annoyed. This again annoys my partner and a vicious circle is created..

Can anyone relate? Any recommendations on literature, tips&tricks to stay centered?

I relate girl but I am single. I remembered when I was dating shit like that would happen. That's why I always liked being single in a sense because I felt like I got more done with my life. The dramas of a relationship can weigh you down if you let it.

Even when I was in school my focus would be fucked up when I was having relationship drama and I didn't like that. Always think your life will always be yours and even if you and your dude don't work out, you still got shit to do. Do it. Don't let that deter you from your shit. It's hard I know but try, fight that urge to lay about all day.

I do find keeping busy....blasting music, running errands, cleaning, visiting friends can take up a whole day, of not worrying about the bs.

How often does this happen? When it's a pattern it's a problem.

Yeah, music seems to help, especially when I associate the songs with great times in my life..

It's def a problem because it happens in every relationship I get into. I think I need to work on building a stronger sense of self and not let ish bring me off balance so quick. I find it hard to remain a completely separate entity from my s/o. If he's hurting - I'm hurting etc.. Shit affects me easily and I take too much to heart. Oh womanhood..
