I know a lot of girls who constantly look at their phone waiting for someone to contact them. Tell the truth are guys guilty of this too?

I think it's just as the same for guys as it is to girls. The guys you see faced down on their phones twittling their thumbs and swiping and blah are most likely waiting for a response or likes on their page. Everyone is so wrapped up in their phones for social media and texting that it's crazy . i don't spend my time waiting on people to contact me though, I'm always doing other things and lots of times I get irritated when people call or text me because it distracts me from whatever I'm doing . I have a particular friend though. He's texting, snapchatting, Instagramming, and Facebooking at the same time. Then you see him constantly pull his phone in and out of his pocket when no one responds. Doing too much .

Interesting and probably accurate response from a Gem moon. Ok I'm not gonna bug him then lol.

Usually, i don't take the phone with me while going out. Nor did i bother buying a new smartphone - after loosing (sort of... -_-) - the other one (which i bought - with an interest in the photo camera). I'm more like this girl:

Lmao I just had that thought then can on here and read this. Rocky girl I know I need to dip. I tried to get out once before then it started back up again 2 weeks ago after we had the lets just been strictly friends talk a week before that, then he came over because I was cooking a big break breakfast and he had just hung out and I was like cool this is our attempt to just watch game of thrones talk and eat breakfast and 30 mins in as I'm cooking I see him slowly walking over as I am cooking the eggs and he slowly grabs my face looks deeply into my eye and kisses means in my head I'm just like damn damn damn I want this whhhhhyyyy! It was super awkward after that and I couldn't even talk then we ate and started watching game of thrones and he looked and me again like he was trying to see right through me and it just went down! Lmao I ignored him for most of the week which now I can tell kinda hurt his feelings so he is distant now but I'm like why pull me back in. Yes yes I know I need to have self control and make a decision and all that jazz.
Sorry for the long message but as you can see I day dream too much for this type of situation i won't be trying it again.

No wonder you're having issues. Dude doesn't have any respect for you and knows he can just pull that shit to get what he wants from you.

Been there, done that though. I was in a fwb where I needed to get out, but... I like sex and it just kept happening haha. But I was fully aware of what I was doing and what was going on. I finally ditched the asshole because I was just so over the weirdo he'd turned into and it wasn't fun anymore. It was a pretty nice feeling to finally get a handle on the situation and drop such a toxic person.

In your situation, why care if you hurt his feelings? The guy came back around, knowing he could get you to spread your legs for him. That's all this is, really. He doesn't seem to care about yours if he's going to manipulate your friendship into something you've tried to get away from.
