Gem guy herding me in—?

I posted this on the Gem board but would love others insight...... I have a gem guy friend that I've been seeing for a little bit now....he waited a while after my divorce to show some "more than friends interest" and has been very slow (I thought cautious) about the movement and direction of this dance. But after last nights conversation I'm begining to think he's been systematically reeling me in/herding me in....lol.....I thought gems jumped in with both feet and blast the consequences? Are Gem men like this? Just curious......

Sounds to me like ur Gem guy might be a bit cautious..maybe hes been burned or maybe he has some great plans for you and wants it to go accordingly. Im a Gem and so is my brother and of us two hes the most careful.

It depends sometimes we fall hard fast and sometimes we dont, If he's been hurt before
he will be very careful this time around it's already hard for us to trust just
give him time and he will warm up 2 you bit by bit.

Its been slow and steady.....and you're both right he was hurt very badly in his last relationship. From what he told me....It was ugly! But I do like how this is going (even if I dont know where lol).....just taking one day at a time and enjoying the ride with him. He is pretty amazing!
